FORC-Photonics was founded in 2005 as a commercial enterprise specialized in fiber optics. FORC-Photonics participates in technological platfotm “Innovative laser, optical and optoelectronic technologies – Photonics” and is a member of the Russian Laser Association, member of the SPIE (Society of Photo-Optical Instrumentation Engineers), member of the European Photonics Industrial Consortium - EPIC, member of the Optoelectronic Industry Development Association - OIDA

FORC-Photonics possesses scientific and technical personnel as well as production facilities to create innovative products.

The company's mission is to implement scientific and technical ideas and results of research in the field of quantum optics into advanced design and technological solutions.

The main activity lines include:

Fabrication standard and ‘tailor-made’ non-standard fiber Bragg gratings.
Development and fabrication FBG fiber optics sensor and interrogation devices.
Testing of fiber-optic sensors on certified equipment.
Development and fabrication of single-mode CW fiber cavities and Raman converters based on rare-earth-doped optical fibers.
Development and fabrication of high power erbium amplifiers.
Supply of specialty optical fibers
Implementation of service and methodological support of the customer.
